FROST!

Look what we had last Thursday! Brrr...

The good news is that frost kills all the allergens that have been floating around. More importantly, however, frost also kills mosquitoes! This is of paramount importance because mosquitoes love me. And by love, I mean that crazy crush-obsession phase of a brand-new relationship. They can't get enough of me! Somehow, I've managed to kill at least half a dozen in my office, of all places. And earlier last week, my Dad and I were out on the patio with my telescope looking at the moon (spectacular!) and trying to find Jupiter (elusive); before long, I had two mosquito bites ON MY FACE!! Gross. I had been smart enough to wear long sleeves and long pants, but they managed to find my face. It was a banner year for skeeters with all the rain, but we should be done with them now until spring (thank goodness).

Which is probably a very long way away.

But it's coming!

That's one thing: there's always tomorrow (though it isn't promised to any of us), and if you string together enough tomorrows you can get the mosquito bites of life behind you!
